Noemi Pifko

Hello, I'm Noemi, a Principal Product Designer who's equally obsessed with building complex systems and making the tiniest UI detail perfect.

I've spent 8+ years turning messy, highly regulated systems — across fintech, education and life sciences — into SaaS products people actually want to use.

Before that, I spent half a decade in marketing: creating brand strategies, ad campaigns, and other really fun stuff. It's where I learned that a product has to make money, not just sense.

Currently, I'm leading design for Payroll at BrightHR, setting the strategic direction across our payroll products and helping the designers around me grow.

Right now, I'm most interested in designing for the era of AI. It's a real chance for designers to get back to the core of UX and orchestrate whole experiences again, rather than defaulting to the patterns we all know and use. The catch is working out what people need through the noise of the AI race. That's the most exciting part.
